Xerocon 2024 & 2025

I was tasked with creating the on-screen graphics for Xero’s flagship event, Xerocon.

I led the initial ideation and sketching phase, developing the core concepts and motion language, before the designs were refined and brought into the final event branding by Hiro Teraoka.

The work included a countdown sequence designed to build anticipation and capture the energy of the event, along with a flexible holding screen that played while presenters were speaking.

I also developed title cards and presenter introductions to create a cohesive visual system across the entire experience. The work was received so well that it was later adapted and reused across multiple Xero events.
